At Mattel Fashion, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by the portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized mail carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
